The following Terms and Conditions apply to resort guests at ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts.

Terms & Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the ULTIQA website, email, phone and payments via payment gateway system through ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts Limited.

Pre-Arrival

Declining credit card: If the initial deposit and/or final payment are unable to be taken upon deadline, you will be notified and if we do not receive a response within 24 hours then the booking will be released.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy (dates are subject to change):

Low Season: No deposit required. Full non-refundable prepayment 24 hours prior to arrival, if cancelled within 24 hours the payment made will be used as a cancellation fee.

Mid | Event Season: 24 June – 10 July 2022, 16 September – 03 October 2022, 28-30 October 2022, 04-13 November 2022, 25-28 November 2022, 22-26 January 2023, 01-16 April 2023, 19-23 May 2023, 23 June – 09 July 2023.

No deposit required. Full non-refundable prepayment will be taken on the credit card provided 14 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival the payment made will be used as a cancellation fee.

High Season: 16 December 2022 – 21 January 2023.

Three nights non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. Full non-refundable prepayment will be taken on the credit card provided 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled anytime from when the reservation is confirmed to 31 days prior to arrival the three nights deposit will be used as a cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival and once full non-refundable payment has been taken, the entire payment will be used as a cancellation fee.

Guarantee Policy: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and a valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in.

Insurance: ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts strongly recommends you purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy includes, but is not limited to, the following coverage – loss of payment through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and medical expenses.

Mobile Check-In: Please check in on your mobile phone using the link sent to you prior to your arrival.

No-Shows / Failure to Cancel: Each rate booked at a ULTIQA Hotels & Resort property is subject to a cancellation policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the cancellation policy of the particular type of rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms and conditions. If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early you will forfeit any monies paid for the remaining nights.

Please note that failure to arrive on the reserved arrival date will automatically release your reservation and the booking is no longer held in our system. If you are not planning on arriving on your reserved arrival date but the next day, please contact the property to advise of your pre-register arrival intentions.

Payment Options:

Bank Transfer (please contact the resort directly to organise bank payment);

Payment by Credit Card: All credit/debit card payments made to ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts via an onsite payment system incur a non-refundable credit card service fee in Australia – Visa/Mastercard – 1.98% and American Express 3.3%.

 Special Requests: Whilst we try to fulfill your preferred stay requests, please do note that these are requests only and we cannot guarantee view or floors prior to arrival.

Arrival

Carparking: 1x Carpark per apartment is complimentary. Our reception team will assist with further instructions upon arrival.

Identification: Upon arrival at your selected property, guests must provide valid Federal or State Government issued photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the Adult/s aged 18+ checking in. In addition, the guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID.

Security Bond: Security Bond required upon arrival credit card or $500 in cash, debit cards are not accepted.

Other

Child Policy: Children sleep free on existing bedding, within the maximum allowed guests per room. If a roll-away/cot/sofa bed is required charges will apply.

Covid19 Cleaning Fee: If you find yourself in one of the following circumstances at any time during your stay at ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts, an additional deep cleaning fee as per the government guidelines for Covid19 will apply:

You are actively infected or have tested positive with Covid19;

You suspect you are sick or have been exposed and are awaiting test results to confirm or deny a diagnosis of Covid19;

You have had close, sustained contact to an individual confirmed or suspected to be infected with Covid19;

You have to isolate due to Covid19 restrictions.

Facilities: If any feature/facility is essential for the guest in choosing a particular property, we recommend contacting the resort prior to booking. ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts cannot be held liable for omissions or errors whether temporary or permanent of a property’s facilities and services. Photos shown on the website are indicative only and may not specifically represent the exact room allocated to you. Destination images featured on the ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts website may not represent the views offered from our locations. The accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.

Housekeeping: We are fully self-serviced apartments where you have the luxury of your own self-contained unit. All the linen and amenities are provided for your entire stay, however, if you do find you require more then we can happily provide this to you for an additional cost from our friendly reception team.

Late Check-Out: Late check-outs are available upon request. Please contact reception to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to the set check-out time of the property.

No Party Policy: ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts has a strict no-party policy. In the event that any apartment/guest is identified as having a party, the resort reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the apartment up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the apartment to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the accommodation is non-refundable. In addition, the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the apartment, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.

Relocation: In the event of a situation whereby the property cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed for whatever reason, the property will undertake to relocate guests to a comparable alternate ULTIQA group property at its absolute discretion with no additional cost to the guest. Should the guest wish to choose a property of a higher standard other than offered under this condition, the guest will be required to pay any price difference. Should the guest not wish to accept the relocation, a full refund and booking cancellation may be granted.

Smoking Policy: ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts are smoke-free including the balconies.

ULTIQA’s Privacy Policy

ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts collect, use and disclose personal information about you. We collect personal information directly from you and may also collect personal information passively through our website.

Some of our websites may use cookies. The main purpose of cookies is to identify users and to prepare customised web pages for them. Cookies do not identify you personally, but they may link back to a database record about you. We use cookies to monitor the usage of our website and to create a personal record of when you visit our website and what page you view so that we may serve you more effectively.

We collect your personal information to provide you with a range of leisure accommodation products and services, respond to and manage your enquiries and reservations, process your membership application, facilitate our internal business operations, providing you with information, including newsletters and updates about other products and services that we offer that may be of interest to you and complying with any legal or regulatory requirements. If the personal information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you seek.

Our privacy policy (available on our website or on request) sets out how you can access and ask for correction of your personal information, how you can complain about privacy-related matters and how we respond to complaints.
